Honda’s SE model slots in between the Civic LX and EX and includes a continuously variable transmission, 15-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with black-painted inserts, Honda LaneWatch, automatic climate control, audio with HondaLink and additional tweeter speakers.
The SE model is designed to “provide customers with an even higher-value option, adding over $1,100 worth of telematics, audio, comfort, convenience and style upgrades for just $700 over the Sedan LX,” Honda said in a statement.
The 2015 Civic Sedan and Coupe arrive at Honda dealerships on Wednesday. American Honda announced Civic Sedan and Coupe pricing on Tuesday.
The top-of-the-line 2015 Honda Civic Sedan EX-L Navi CVT starts at $25,130, including shipping.
The 2015 Honda Civic Coupe LX starts at $19,080, including shipping, reflecting a $100 price increase over the 2014 model.
The top-of-the-line 2015 Civic Coupe EX-L Navi CVT starts at $24,930, including shipping.
Honda’s 2015 Civic Si Sedan and Coupe, Civic Hybrid and Civic Natural Gas go on sale in the fall. Pricing on those models has not been announced.
The Civic is a carryover model with minimal upgrades for the new model year. Standard features on the 2015 Civic include a rearview camera, expanded-view driver’s mirror and Bluetooth.
